At different places of the website, contact can be established via the email address provided. In this connection, transmitted personal data will be stored, especially the email address itself. This data however will not be forwarded to third parties. It will only be used to process the enquiry. Legal basis for the processing of data is Article 6, section 1, sentence 1 f of the GDPR. Our legitimate interest in the processing of data is to carry out the contact. Data will be deleted after the purpose has ceased to exist or the communication has ended. When in the course of the communication an offer is processed, the data processed will be deleted after the retention periods foreseen have been expired.

2. IT security

Finally, we also process data in your and in our interest to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of data processing systems, i.e. especially the security and availability of your data at TUDAG TU Dresden Aktiengesellschaft. In doing so, we only forward data within the scope of a legally admissible order processing to service providers who will be carefully selected and authorized in writing by us. They will only receive this data which is required to complete the order.

D) Duration of data storage

The duration of data storage resulting from all processings which are from the previous compilation of procedures of processing are based on a balancing of interests or consent. As far as the processing is based on a contract, the data will be deleted after the purpose of the contract has ceased to exist when we are not legally obliged to continuously store and keep this data. As far as this data is still required to process outstanding transactions, deletion will at the earliest be carried out after processing these transactions.

We use the analysis service e-tracker provided by the etracker GmbH, Erste Brunnenstraße 1, 20459 Hamburg, Germany. 3. Hotjar

We use the analysis and feedback service Hotjar provided by Hotjar Ltd., St. Julians Business Centre 3, Elia Zammit Street 3, St. Julians STJ 3155, Malta. When you visit our website, other user data will therefore be collected and stored.
This software enables us to analyze the usage patterns of our visitors by measuring and evaluating clicks, mouse movements, etc. on our website. By doing so, the information, comprised of a tracking code and cookies, will be transmitted to the Hotjar server. This information is data in regard to the device such as the IP address of your device and your email address comprised of your first and last name as far as you provided to us as well as information in regard to the size of the screen of your device, the type of your device and browser information such as type and version which will be made available. This software uses this data for reasons of evaluation and possibly makes use of other services of third providers such as Google Analytics, etc. These service providers can also process and store respective user data.

4. Google Maps

5. Google DoubleClick

We use the plug-in Google DoubleClick provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphtiheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA, 94043. DoubleClick uses cookies to present advertisements which are relevant to you.

In doing so, a pseudonymous identification number (ID) will be assigned to your browser to evaluate which advertisements were shown in your browser and which were selected. The use of DoubleClick cookies only enables Google and its partner websites to place advertisements based on previous visits on our or other websites on the internet. Information generated by cookies will be transmitted by Google to a server in the U.S. to be evaluated and stored there. 6. YouTube

To incorporate videos, we use the provider YouTube. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC with its headquarters in 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google Inc. located in 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
On some of our websites we use plug-ins provided by YouTube. When you select sites of our website provided with such a plug-in, e.g. our homepage, a connection will be established with the YouTube servers and therefore the plug-in will be shown. In doing so, it will be transmitted to the YouTube server, which of our websites you visited. When you are logged in as a member of YouTube, YouTube will assign this information to your personal user account. When you use the plug-in, e.g. by clicking on the start button of a video, this information will also be assigned to your user account. 7. Piwik/Matomo

This website uses the open source software Matomo (formerly Piwik) to statistically evaluate the access of visits.

Information and data generated by cookies will be stored on a server in Germany. The IP address will be made anonymous before storage. Data will not be forwarded to third parties. Piwik uses user data which is made anonymous so that we can optimize our website and our offer. IP addresses will be stored by Piwik without the last numbers. In this respect, we can determine from which net an enquiry comes. An allocation of the IP address to a computer is not possible this way.

All data stored with us or with possible order processors will be protected against unauthorized access, loss or change by using up-to-date security standards. For this, extensive technological and organizational security measures will be implemented with a standard that at least corresponds to legal provisions.
